HOW DO I JOIN THE GORDON BIERSCH REWARDS PROGRAM?
There are three easy ways. Register via the Gordon Biersch Mobile App for iPhone or Android, the Gordon Biersch rewards site or simply visit your nearest Gordon Biersch to receive a Gordon Biersch Rewards card.

IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN?
No, the Gordon Biersch Rewards program is free to join.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IT IN ORDER TO GET POINTS FOR MY VISIT?
No, you will still accrue points without a registered account. However, you must be registered to use any of your rewards.
IS MY $10 WELCOME REWARD STORED ON MY PASSPORT ACCOUNT?
Yes, as soon as you register and have at least one visit associated with your account, your $10 Welcome Reward will be stored on your Passport account. The $10 Welcome Reward will expire after 30 days and only one reward can be used on a visit.
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 Reward Point. Earn 100 points and receive 10 GB Bucks* that you can use on your next visit.
DO MY REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?
Gordon Biersch rewards points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
HOW DO I GET CREDIT WHEN I VISIT GORDON BIERSCH?
You can earn credit by providing your server with your Passport Rewards card or registered phone number.
HOW DO I HAVE POINTS ADDED FOR A VISIT WHEN I DIDN’T HAVE MY PASSPORT CARD WITH ME?
In order to have these points added, just email a copy of your receipt to Guest Services (gbrewards@cwrestaurants.com) along with your Rewards card number or registered phone number.
I VISITED AN AIRPORT LOCATION, HOW DO I GET CREDIT?
While our airport locations do not have the ability to accept the Gordon Biersch Rewards program, you can still earn credit for your visit. We will even give you double points for your airport visits. Just shoot an e-mail to gbrewards@cwrestaurants.com with a copy of your check, check total and Gordon Biersch Rewards account information and we will add the credit for you.
I LOST MY REWARDS CARD, CAN I GET ANOTHER ONE?
You do not need a card to participate in Gordon Biersch Rewards. You can use your registered phone number to earn credit. However, if you like to keep a card on hand, ask your server to set you up with a new card on your next visit.
*GB Bucks are valid for next visit and expire 30 days after they are earned. Limit one reward per visit. Full value must be used during visit.
Cards must be registered with accurate name, phone number, birthdate and unique email address (not shared with another Gordon Biersch Rewards member) to be eligible to receive prizes. Must be 21 years of age or older to register or participate in the Gordon Biersch Rewards program. Members can earn up to 500 points per day. Points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards or merchandise. Points may not be awarded for alcohol purchases. Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. Gordon Biersch Rewards members may have only one active account. If and when a card becomes replaced or combined, the old card becomes disabled and should be thrown away. Gordon Biersch reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these official rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the program and redemption of rewards. Sponsor and each of its affiliates are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of participants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with the use/misuse of rewards awarded or participation in program. Gordon Biersch Rewards is subject to applicable state, federal and local laws and regulations. Gordon Biersch Rewards rewards are subject to change and may be cancelled or modified at any time without prior notice. Valid at Gordon Biersch Corporate locations only. Excludes License properties such as airports and casinos.
